Billing and payment

Our philosophy

At Deep Origin, we believe costs should be up-front and transparent. That's why you'll see estimates before you purchase any products or service and invoices designed to be read by a human. Please let us know if there's anything that we can improve.

Organizations are responsible for billing

At Deep Origin, organizations are the functional units responsible for billing. Each time a user purchases a product or service through Deep Origin, such as a ComputeBench or storage volume, the purchase is made as member of an organization. In the Deep Origin platform, users can control the organization that will responsible for each purchase using the organization menu which can be accessed through their avatar at the top-right of the Deep Origin platform.

Billing schedule

Invoices are sent shortly after the first of each month, covering charges for the previous month. Invoices are due on the fifth of each month.

Adding a payment method

To add a payment method, first click the "Organizations" item in the main left sidebar, select your organization, and then navigate to your organization's "Billing" tab. Second, use this tab to add a credit card. This tab also displays your organization's existing payment methods and past invoices.

We also support payment via invoice. To learn more, please contact customer support.
