Organization variables and secrets
The Deep Origin OS supports managing variables and secrets at both the user and organization levels for use with workflows and workstations. For more information about variables and secrets, such as the types of supported variables and how to install them into workstations, see their documentation.
Currently, any user in an organization can view, add, edit, and delete their organization's variables and secrets, as well as as install their organization's variables and secrets into their workflows and workstations.
Best practices
Do not use organization variables and secrets for information that you do not want all members of your team to see. After installation into workstations, all variables and secrets are available in plain text.
We recommend using organization variables and secrets for information that you wish to share with your team. For example, team API keys, read-only access credentials to an S3 bucket, and shared environment variables.
