Compute hub
Deep Origin was built to help computational scientists get clean data from their labs and perform advanced analyses and simulations. We recommend using the following features to analyze and visualize your data and run simulations:
- Batch processing: Run a workflow to batch process one or more data files using a Nextflow or Snakemake pipeline or a Jupyter notebook.
- Interactive analysis and visualization: Use a virtual workstation and our client CLI or Python library to interactively analyze and visualize the data in your data hub. Workstations are powerful machines with pre-installed software packages for processing and visualizing scientific data.
In addition, our data hub provides several no-code tools for data analysis and visualizations:
- Visualize a file: Use our column viewers to quickly visualize the sequences of DNA plasmids, the structures of proteins, and more in the data hub.
- Create a basic chart: Use our chart studio to quickly create basic charts, such as bar charts and scatter plots, in the data hub.
- Create an advanced chart: With our AI assistant and executable code blocks, use the power of Python and packages such as NetworkX, Pingouin, RDKit, and scikit-learn to process your data and create advanced charts directly in your data hub.
