We recommend using the following features to analyze and visualize your data:
- Visualize the value of a cell, including files: Use our column viewers to quickly visualize the sequences of DNA plasmids, the structures of proteins, and more in the data hub.
- Create a basic chart for a database: Use our chart studio to quickly create basic charts, such as bar charts and scatter plots, in the data hub.
- Create an advanced chart for a database: With our AI assistant and executable code blocks, use the power of Python and packages such as NetworkX, Pingouin, RDKit, and scikit-learn to process your data and create advanced charts directly in your data hub.
- Advanced analysis and visualization: Use workflows and workstations to run computationally-intensive analyses such as to process sequence data and train ML models. With workflows, you can utilize state-of-the-art Nextflow and Snakemake pipelines.
