How can I join multiple organizations?

Your user account can belong to multiple organizations. To join an additional organization, ask the owner of the other organization to invite your account to the organization. Learn more.

How can I change my name, email address, or avatar image?

To change your name, email address, or avatar, contact support.

How can I change my password?

  1. Visit https://os.deeporigin.io/.
  2. Enter your email address and click the "Continue" button.
  3. Click the "Forgot password?" link.
  4. Click the "Continue" button in the next screen.
  5. Navigate to your email inbox and find a password reset message from hello@deeporigin.com.
  6. Open the message and click the "Reset password" button in the message. Clicking the button will open a new browser window where you can pick a new password.
  7. Enter and confirm a new password and click the "Reset password" button. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and contain at least 1 lower case letter, 1 upper case letter, and 1 number.
  8. Click the "Back to Deep Origin" button to sign into your account.

How can I buy a subscription or credits for my account?
